PETES WICKED ALE CLONE
6 lbs. light Liquid Malt Extract
1lb. Light Dry Malt Extract
½ pound 60L Crystal
½ pound Honey Malt
1/4 lb. Chocolate Malt
1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA) Bittering
1 oz. Cascade 15 minutes to end of boil
1 oz Cascade 2 minutes to end of boil
1 oz Cascade-Dry Hop
Whitelabs Califonia Yeast
1 cup Corn Sugar

* 60 minute boil. Steep grains and rinse with ~170 degree water. Add extract and bittering hops. Add flavor and aroma hops as indicated. Dry hop for approx. 5 to 6 days after fermentation slows. ** Mine tasted just like Pete's!**
